Workout Summary: Swim 2300 (40')
500 free wu, 7:24
Drills = 600 1/2 with flippers
5 X 100 IM alternating with 100 pulll between each
2nd and 4th IM with flippers
IM 100's in 1:35-40, 15 sec rest before 100 pull
100 pull's all in 1:19-1:20, 30 sec rest after pull to next IM.
200 cd in 2:44

Diet:
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, water. Coffee later
Lunch: 2 oz bag pretzels, med. salad with low fat dressing. diet sierra mist
Afternoon: 1 grapefruit, water
Dinner: Friend took us out to Blue Hour: Roast duck, oysters, salad, piece of spice cake. 1 glass of wine and 1 beer.
