No internet access for a few days:
Friday 11/24: Fly from Portland to Columbus, OH to visit friends from Ohio State
Satuday 11/25: Had breakfast with college friends, then drove to Ann Arbor to Parents.
Sunday 11/26: Finally settled in and got a swim in.

500 drills, the same as I have been doing for past 2 weeks.
200 kick, 100 free and 100 fly: half with fins
5 X 100/30 free: first in 1:15, next 4 in 1:17
500 cd 7:30

*right shoulder a bit sore, aching. Noticed a bit weak during the single arm drills.

Monday 11/27: Swim 2200/25 min leg weights/ 10 min elliptical
500 pull wu, EASY 7:50, forced breathing every third so my shoulder can rest
500 free easy 7:40
500 free easy with fins, 7:00
200 kick like yesterday
Set: 400
100 IM fins 1:30, 30 sec. then 100 pull 1:25
100 IM free 1:36, 30 sec then 100 pull in 1:25
200 easy pull cd in 3:00

*right shoulder loosened up during swim and is pretty much pain free. Still noticeable weakness though. By the way, right hand numbness and 4/5 finger weakness is 95% resolved. Barely notice it now.

Stretched 15 min on mat
10 minuts on elliptical. I actually broke a sweat final 5 min. first time since Kona. HR max 93
