Workout Summary: Swim 2100 (50')
500 free wu 7:25

200 of slide and glide
100 finger drag, 100 zipper, 100 single arm
Did half of all drills with flippers.
8 X 50 on 1 min cycle. All 34-36
500 pull cd, 7:15

*My 4/5th fingers were still very weak and "floating" off to the side during the warm up. During the 50's, I noticed my 4th finger was lined up with the rest and only my 5th finger was dragging. About 100 left in the cool down, I noticed my 5th finger had now returned to a normal positon, lined up with the rest. This was pretty strange, for my ulnar nerve palsy and weakness to improve so dramatically over a single workout. Still have the numbness in my fingers, but the strength definately has impoved since last swim on sat.

Diet:
Weight 170.0, body fat 9%
Breakfast: 1 cup oats, 2 slices wheat bread with honey, 16 oz skim
Lunch: Quiznos sub, ham and turkey with cheese, bowl of chili, diet shasta
Dinner: 6 oz steak with mixed vegies and salad. 1 beer.
TCBY non-fat yogurt smoothie later, with carmel and pecans.
