Workout Summary:
If planning a 1 hour spin on your bike at home..good to make sure you know where the bike shoes are. I spent the time setting the bike up, swithing pedals to my speed play to fit my shoes. Then, couldnt find my shoes. Ann found them later in the laundry room?? I think I was "set up".
Diet:
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, med. coffee 1/2 decaf
Lunch: bowl of bean soup, 1 apple, 2 oz bag pretzels. Can of diet sierra mist
Dinner: Pasta with mushroom sauce, 2 slices garlic toast, diet soda, 1 beer. Slice of apple pie.
