First meeting with the MAC tri team tonight so no time to workout.

I was a little suprised around 35 people showed. I am sure more will come on board in the upcoming couple of months.

It will be a challenge coaching a wide spectrum of people, thats for sure. I am exited about it though. I think the first triathlon at Blue Lake will be a great time for everyone, esp to see so many people compete in their first race.


Diet:
Breakfast: Med. coffee 1/2 decaf.
Lunch: chick breast sandwich, 2 oz chips, water
Afternoon: 1/2 cliff protein bar, diet soda, 1 apple
Dinner: Small bowl of chili, small salad, 1 guinness.

Yeah I am not eating much. Yeah....I am hungry all day long. I will pick up my calorie intake as I workout more.
