Workout Summary: am pilates/yoga (50'), pm run 32 minutes, weights 35 min.

25 min yoga
6 pm: Run 32 minutes around 10-11 min pace.
Well, first time since my last 15 min run 6 weeks ago. Ham is sore from ride saturday but I should get going. I will keep it very easy for the next couple of months, and keep the yoga going.
Only had time for a quick weight routine, everything 2 sets of 20
leg press, calf press, lunges
deltoid burners, lat throws, bench fly
All in this order.
Diet:
Breakfast: low fat cinnamon scone and med coffee, diet sierra mist
Lunch: cup of cabbage/tomato soup, 2 non-fried spring rolls, water
Afternoon: 1 orange, water
Dinner: grilled turkey breast and cheddar on wheat, chicken gumbo soup 2 cups. Diet sierra mist, 1 beer.
