Bike 66

Workout Summary: Bike 66 (4:25/5080 ft ascent)

Biked with group today. Nice ride out into bull run and columbia gorge. Good climbs.
Felt ok, coming down with a cold.

40' yoga before ride.

Diet:
Breakfast: 1 cup oats and vanilla yogurt.
Lunch after ride: Recovery drink. 1 wheat english muffin, 1 wheat bagel, with honey and jam. 16 oz carrot juice. Couple handfuls blue corn chips. Diet shasta.
Dinner: Roast beef and cabbage, potatoes, carrots. 2 pints of beer, 1 shortbread cookie
