Workout Summary: Ride 38 miles (2:35)
Rode easy with Ann. Rained on most of the ride.
Legs are tired. A little drained. Racing the cat 3 race (55 miler) tomorrow morning so I should rest a tad.
Plan on biking around 60-70 total miles, plus running 11 miles (lap around lake) after the race.
Diet:
Breakfast: 2 large pancakes, 16 oz milk
Lunch: 1 peanut butter/jam sandwich
Dinner: 2 chicken fajitas and 1 cup of rice. 20 oz rootbeer. Some gummi life savers candi later
