Feel better

Workout Summary: Morning yoga (35')/pm Swim 4200 yd (1:20)

Man, this morning I feel way better than last monday following a similar routine on Sunday (bike race and 11 mile brick).

6 am: 35 minutes of yoga

6pm: Swim 4200 (1:20) (masters team swim)
700 free wu 10:50
Set 1) 8 X 100 on 1:50 cycle, first 4 in 1:19-22 second 4 in 1:28-30. Second 4 fully emphasized the kick. Kept arms light, kicked pretty much as fast as I could.
100 easy pull rest recovery.

Set 2) Pyramid Pull: 100/2/3/4/3/2/100 all with 20 sec rest. 100's 1:22, 200's in 2:55, 300's in 4:23 and 400 in 5:50. 100 slow mixed stroke recovery.

Set 3) 10 X 75 IM minus the breast stroke (fly/back/free) on 1:30 cycle. All in 1:15. Man, the final 4 fly's were a bitch.
cool down 150 pull easy.

Diet:
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, 1 cup vinegar tea, second cup mint tea.
Lunch: Thai wheat noodles with grilled chicken, cabbage salad, water.
Afternoon: Med coffee and cliff protein bar
Dinner: BBQ pork sandwich and cup of baked beans. 16 oz sprite, 1 pint of ale.
Late night: 1/2 cup oats and 1 yogurt.
