Yeah I wanted to run today but my hamstring is tight as hell from the brick yesterday.
I am considering racing my bike at the noon race next sunday instead of the 9am. Thus doing an easy run first instead of after my legs are thrashed from the bike.
Diet:
Breakfast: 4 egg white omelet with spinach, mushroom, swiss cheese, 3 small pancakes, grapefruit juice.
Lunch: Baja fresh chicken and black bean salad, diet sierra mist
Dinner: Bowl of chile with onions, no cheese. Small ceasar salad with smoked salmon. 2 guinness pints.
