Rough Awakening

Workout Summary: a.m. Swim 2000 m (42')/run 4.5 (31')

Man it was tough to get up this morning. Didnt get to bed until after 11, then up at 5:10. Felt a bit sick the rest of the night last night after run. Benefits of pushing the hills.

Then run on Treadmill, same as Monday afternoon: 4 miles in 27' then .5 mile cd in 4'
Start 7:30 and inc. 15 sec per mile every 1/2 mile to 2 mile mark. Then held 6:30 pace for a mile, then 6:15 pace for final mile.
HR ave for run 128, max 146 (final mile) (1 beat into zone 4)

Diet:
Breakfast: cider-vinegar tea, 1 cup yogurt, 1 orange.
