Day off

Intention was to get up and swim 45 min. this morning. However, my legs felt a bit spent. No specific pain, just fatigue.
My waking HR at 38 is 4-6 beats higher than usual, a subtle sign of incomplete recovery off tuesdays speedwork and last nights spin.

I work today until 9 pm, then call all night so I suspect I wont be doing much.

Tomorrow, plan is to get in a 4k swim and 8-10 mile easy run in the late morning. Leave for the Time Trial stage race in Maupin, OR around 3 or so.

Diet:
Breakfast: cup of cider-vinegar tea. 1 cup oats with tsp bwn sugar and tbs of flax.
Late morning: small coffee 1/2 decaf
Lunch: 6 oz halibut with side of pasta with olive oil, 2 oz bag pretzels. water.
Afternoon: Small coffee, some raw carrots, mushrooms, 1 big sugar cookie
Dinner: Pasta with beef tips. Diet sierra mist. Before bed, 2 cups of granola and skim milk. Handful of gummi candi.
