Workout Summary: morning yoga (60')/pm run 8+ (66')
5:30 am: 60 minutes of Yoga. Man this felt so good on my quad and hamstring!
5:30 pm: Run 8+ easy with John Puskas, around 7:50-8:10 pace, 66 min. Quad stable, a bit of a sharp pain now and then.
Diet:
Breakfast: hot cider-vinegar tea, cup coffee, 1 cup oatmeal w/ bwn sugar and tbs flax.
Lunch: Spinach leaf salad w/ mixed vegies, low fat italian dressing, 2 oz pita chips. Water.
Afternoon: small coffee, 1 apple. Still hungry so had a cliff protein bar.
Dinner: 5 oz sirloin, broccoli and pasta w/ low fat alfredo sauce ( 6 g fat), diet sierra mist.
before bed: 1 cup granola with skim milk
