Week of april 2-8

Week Summary: 14:50

Swim: 13,200 yd (4 hrs)
Bike: 72 miles (4:50)
Run 41 miles (5:04)

yoga: 1 hr

Not too worried on only 1 bike ride this week. Lots of swimming and 60 hour, 7 day work week prevented that.

Plan was to rest a bit last week anyway, from 2 18 hr weeks prior. Quad is stable, hamstring stable, things are going ok on the run. Once I knock down my first 20 mile run, I'll be on my way.
