Yoga = 45 min. 1 session

*2 consecutive days off at beginning of week. I was tired. About 18 hours in 5 days though is about the same overall volume I have been doing for about 5 weeks now. Feel ok and stable. Getting stronger without feeling like I am over-doing it.
