Big week Day 3: Strength coming back

Workout Summary: Bike 5:30, 97 miles/ evening yoga, 45 minutes.

Well, today I was able to do some 5 minute accelerations above 300 watts. My average for the ride of 135 is better than yesterday.

Doing so 30 second surges, I was able to approach 400 watts, while yesterday I couldnt get to 300.

just rode easy though, with a few short tests on the legs. Overall, I feel like I am coming back with the leg strength.

45 min of yoga before bed.

Diet:
Breakfast: 3 pancakes, 1 banana, 1 wheat bagel with peach jam. Glass skim milk, small coffee
Recovery drink after ride.
Dinner: Pasta with vegie sauce and some sausage cooked up into the sauce. salad. 2 beers. Diet shasta.
