Morning Swim

2 days off from race. Will get back into it.

6 am: Swim 2100 meter (40')
4 X 500/45
pull 8:35
free 8:40
free 8:20
pull + paddles 8:40
100 breast cd.

Did leg weight routine, 25 minutes. Normal weight, 2 sets of 20 on each.

Thinking of running 4 this morning. Cant do anything later because I am on call again. 14 hr shift. I felt pretty good skipping up the stairs, which I always use as an indicator of recovery. So, I will take one more day off the legs.
May do some long intervals tomorrow evening. Friday morning bike and afternoon long swim.
Saturday our big training week starts.

Diet:
Breakfast: hot cider-vinegar tea.
