On Call

Yup
on call again. 14 hour shift at the hospital.

Good thing this has been a rest week. Only 1 intense workout so far.
Plan on a 100 mile ride tomorrow with 4 X 30 minute IM power intervals, to slightly above IM effort.
Then run long on sunday with 10 of 20 miles 30 sec faster than IM pace

Diet:
Breakfast: 3 egg white omelet with ham and mixed vegies. No cheese. Coffee.
Lunch: Vegi spinach wrap with mixed vegies and mustard. No mayo, No cheese. 2 oz bag of baked lays chips, water.
Afternoon: small piece of low fat banana coffee cake (7 g fat) from starbucks and med. coffee
Dinner: big spinach leaf salad with mixed vegies and 1 hard boiled egg. Low fat italian. Water.
2 oz bag baked lays.
