*this was a good week. Swimming a bit weak still. Very pleased with running.
Biking again, 3 intense workouts and 1 recovery ride. Even though I had 205 miles on the week, in the past 8 days I got in 310 miles. I'd say that's a solid block going into my rest for Florida 70.3 this weekend.
