Morning run

Pushed yesterday's run to this morning, 5 miles in 35:20

Raun 6 minutes warm up, then zone 2 run for 4 minutes and high zone 3 for 1 minute. Did this for the entirety of the run.

The 4 min segments ended up around 7:05-7:20 pace and the 1 min Z3 portions 6:27-6:40

On Call so no workout the remainder of the day/night.

Diet
Breakfast: 3 eggs with mixed vegies and 4 oz potatoes, coffee
Lunch: Salad with 4 oz chicken and mixed vegies, small amount of feta cheese. Coffee, 1 apple
Dinner: 4 oz pumkin seeds and 4 oz bag of non fat chips
Later: side of onion rings on the way home from hospital, non fat raspberry smoothie.
