Run Bike day

Workout Summary for Tuesday 7/24/07

pm:
Run 40:30 (505 miles) Z1 warm up, then Z2 remainder.
Then Bike 20 miles in 1:10, held cadence 70-80 and ave power 230 (high Z2). 1700 ft climbing.
Focused on the uplift for majority of ride, esp on the hills.

Diet:
Breakfast: 1 cup oats with flax meal and bwn sugar, coffee
Lunch: Salad with tuna, mixed vegies, 2 oz bag pretzels, diet sierra mist, 1 apple
Afternoon: Cliff protein bar and small cofee
Dinner: After ride at Rob's place. Grilled low fat sausage on bun with sauer kraut, pasta salad, couple handfulls of sweet potatoe corn chips and salsa. 1 beer.
