Call day

On call today. So, another 14 hr shift.

Got up at 5:30 to get workout in.

Swim 1650 meters in 28 min. Every 4th turn Z5 for 15 meters.
Then Run 5 miles on Treadmill in 33:45 (6:45 pace)
First mile 7:30 Z1
Mile 2 7:00 Z2
Final 3 miles in 6:40, 6:30, 6:15 (Z3/Z4)

Legs feeling strong. Recovered quickly after yesterdays 10 mile ride with crazy hard intervals.

Breakfast:
Hot cider-vinegar water, small coffee, 1.5 cups oatmeal + tbs flax, raisens and bwn sugar.
Lunch: 3 oz piece of porkloin with mixed vegies, small wheat roll, 2 oz bag baked dorritos. Diet seirra mist. 1 banana
Afternoon: 2 cups hot caffeine free mint tea
