legs feeling better

Only ran 4 miles yesterday before work. Worked about 14 hrs again so no workout after.

Today, Friday, only scheduled workout was a swim.

Swim: 4100 meter
3 X 800/45
15 X 100/15
200 cd

Did round of leg weitghts before swim.
Did first session of Sauna training tonight. US National Long course championships in a couple of weeks.
