Long run #3/Bonus Bike/run

Workout Summary: Run 17.5 miles (2:17)/Bike 23 (1:21)/Run 5.5 (47')

Long run 2:17 on trails. 2060 ft of climbing. About 17.5 miles. Alot of turns and a few very good climbs. Rolling the whole way.

2 hours later:
Bike 23 miles steady. Ave watts 230, 1:21 time
Took split up final hill to home, 2 mile climb and 900 ft. Ave power 310 Watts.
In middle of ride, about 12 mile mark, met for the MAC team run. Got in about 5.5 miles in 47 minutes with some good climbing. Pretty tired on the second half of bike ride, on the way home.
