Recovering

Took Sunday off, as well as Monday.

Tuesday, rode on the trainer 70 minutes, 22 miles. Kept it in high power zone 1, 150 watts.
Incorporated 20 X 1 minute single leg drills in the final 30 minutes. Kept watts low though, 100.

Wed am, finally got in a swim, 2K
500 pull wu and 400 pull/paddle cd
5 X 100/20 all in 1:33-35
3 X 200/30 3:11-13

Swim felt good again. Balance felt right on. Legs good.
