Week 10, post race week
Swim = 5K (2 sessions) 1:40
Bike = 66 miles (2 rides) 3:45
Run = 26 miles (3 runs) 3:15
Yoga = 1 session, 40 minutes
This week felt fine. Some needed rest. Legs didnt feel quite recovered from last weekend until my run Sunday.
Some workouts this week:
Tuesday 5:45 pm, Fairmont loop. 8 mile run. Entire run alternate 4 minutes Z1/1 min Z4.
Wed 5:45 pm, Sauvie Island. 80-90 min ride. 30 minute Power interval Z4 at 65 cadence.
Thurs 5:45 pm, Thurman Gate. Run 9 miles on Wildwood trail, working the hills to Z3/4
Sat 9am: Thurman Gate. 60 mile ride. Skyline hills, drop down logie to Sauvie Island. Then 45 min. power interval Z4 at 65-75 cadence. 5 miles easy off bike optional
Sun 9am: Thurman Gate. 18 mile run with majority on wildwood tail, steady.
