Pretty good workouts thus far this week
Monday got in 1:45 spin with 3x4 in big gear intervals
Tues: 4k swim (5x800) followed by 6 mile run
Wed: morning 45 min spin with 2x5 min big gear intervals, pm 6 mile run in 43:30 (7:15 pace)
On call Friday evening so I suspect minimal to no sleep from 10 pm - 6 am. I may just get me 2-2.5 hr spin in friday afternoon as opposed to trying to spin on no sleep saturday morning.
Sunday plan is 13 run easy to slow.
Legs feel ok. HR is not pre-IMWA but is coming down.
