600 of drills: 300 of slide and glide, 150 of which were with fins. 300 of mixed stroke drills, one-arm, finger drag, and zipper.
500 cd pull in 7:25

Well, finally broke the ice today. Plan was to start 3-4 days ago but the motivation wasnt there. Feel ready to get going now.
