Workout Summary: Weights 45'/Spin 35'

Weight routine, arms then legs, 45 min.

Stationary bike, 35 min
HR ave 136
Tried to get a max HR in final 10 minutes. Maxed out standing at 400 Watts 60 rpm at 165 bpm. I will use this number to calculate my bike HR zones for next 6-8 weeks.

Hamstring felt ok...just tight when stretching.

Diet:
Breakfast: toast and jam, coffee, water
Lunch: Pasta with chicken alfredo, salad, diet soda
Dinner: swedish meat balls with salad, mashed potatoes. Water
Evening: 3 glasses of wine, some chips and cashew nuts (handful)
