am: Swim 1700 meter, combo drill/free workout (30')

pm bike, 35 miles, 2000 ft climbing + 30 min Z4 TT

Took splits first (310 W) and second (344 W) halves of interval to test whether I went out too fast or not. Higher watts second half so I did the interval correctly. Hard to know when you're pushing too hard sometimes with headwind and crosswinds.

Hamstring stable and better than yesterday.
