Felt ok. Nice to work cardio a little bit on the 100's. I can feel my right forearm dragging behind in the water the second 1/2 of my stroke due to my ulnar nerve palsy. My 4/5th fingers are still just "floating" out there separate from my hand. Very little strength.
However, the numbness feels a touch better today. I think its just going to take awhile.
Breakfast: 4 egg-beaters, with 1 slice cheddar and some salsa. 2 slices wheat toast, cranberry juice.
Lunch: slice of ginger bread and a large coffee from starbucks
Dinner: 16 oz can of chicken gumbo soup (4 g fat total in can), diet citrus shasta
