breakfast: 1 slice whole wheat toast with jam and 1 wheat english muffin w/ honey, coffee
lunch: diet sierra mist, salad with low fat dressing, 2 oz bag pretzels, 1 apple
afternoon: chai tea
Dinner: BBQ chicken sandwich and 5 bonless chicken wings. Snack later, candy bar. 2 pints beer
