No workout today, as I am flying out directly from work. Should catch some workouts throughout the weekend though.
Diet:
Breakfast: small coffee and cinnamon roll from starbucks. Yeah...16 grams of fat, but look what I have been eating the past few days. Since I have been nearly starving myself, I thought I needed a treat.
Lunch: Thai grilled chicken and wheat noodles, cabbage salad, water.
