Workout Summary: Weights (25')/elliptical-run (44')/Swim 2200 (40')
Weights: Leg routine: Hams, quads, inner/outer thigh, press, calf, lunges
Elliptical: 30 minutes, after 15 min, alternated backwards and forwards. This worked my hamstrings a bit.
Treadmill: 15 minutes, firs 5 at 10 min pace 0% and next 10 min. at 9 min pace, 0%. Had to keep it very slow.
Swim 2200
500 pull wu, 7:40
10 X 100/30 all in 1:18-1:19
5X 100/30 with fins, all in 1:10-1:15
200 cd 2:50
Diet:
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, water, coffee 1/2 decaf
Lunch: mushroom/squash vegie thing from cafeteria with side of potatoes and green beans. diet shasta
Afternoon: small coffee
Dinner: Baja fresh, chicken black bean burrito and a few tortilla chips. Diet sierra mist
