Kept HR 122-139 for majority of bike and elliptical
Hamstring slightly sore but that's how its been for past 8 weeks. I will keep things completely easy and keep stretching, ect. Things should get progressively better as long as I take it slow.
Diet:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, toast, coffee, cranberry juice
Lunch: Cliff protein bar
Dinner: Turkey, broccoli, biscut, noodles: water, 3 glasses red wine
