Then 1 hour on stationary bike, HR 126-139, ave 134 (high zone 2)
Stretch 15 minutes after

Diet
Breakfast: bowl of oats w/ brown sugar, toast, water, coffee
Lunch: Coffee
Dinner: Grilled Walleye, vegies, salad. 2 glasses wine
