Workout Summary: Spin 2 hours

Spin on TT bike for 2 hours, 30 miles.
HR ave 102, peak 118
ave Watts 152

Diet:
Breakfast: oats, 1 cup w/ bwn sugar, cup cranberry juice

Sat 12/23
No workout, got a 1 hour massage on hamstrings. Seemed to help.

Diet:
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 slices wheat toast, 2 pieces bacon. Glass juice
Lunch: Cliff protein bar, med. non fat latte
Dinner: Met Rob and Erin out. Shared Chinese: beef rice, chicken, ect. 1 drink, few glasses water. Some chocolate and banana dessert thing. Didnt over-eat though.
