Lunch: Lamb and rice, vegies, cucumber salad, water
Dinner: bowl of chili with crackers, water, 1 beer
Past weekend, sat and sun. no workouts. Diet pretty much amuck with traveling back and final farewells in Ohio. It's good to be back in a routine today.
