Elliptical 10 minutes, HR ave 126
Treadmill 5 min 0% grade, HR ave 126, 10 min. 2% grade, HR ave 136

Hamstring tight but ok.

Diet:
Breakfast: cliff protein bar, water, coffee
Lunch: Grilled cheese on wheat, bowl of chicken soup, water
Dinner: Arby's chicken sandwich and 5 jalapeno poppers, med. fry. Water, 1 beer
