Feeling better in the water

Workout Summary: am swim 1300 m /run 4: pm off

5:45 am:
15 minutes of pilates abs
Then 1300 meter swim/coaching
Did 150 free wu and 150 kick cd.
12 X 25/15
6 X 50/20
4 X 100/30, all 100's in 1:23-34

My right pectoralis is pain free now...finally.

Then Run 4 on treadmill, 29'
First mile 7:30 then increased 10 sec per mile to final mile of 7 min pace. HR in zone 1 up to mile 3, then over final mile, climbed into zone 4. Zone 4 at 7 min pace! I hope that doesnt last.


6 pm: decided to take off. Very tired from work today.

Diet:
Breakfast: 4 egg white omelet with peppers, mushrooms, spinach. Med coffee w cream, 1/2 decaf.
Lunch: turkey and swiss on wheat with mustard. 2 oz baked lays chips, water
Afternoon: 1 big molassus cookie, med non fat chai
Dinner: 12 oz piece of Salmon, 2 cups rice, 1 beer.
Reeses candy bar for dessert.
