Finally some time to train

Workout Summary: Swim (clinic) 2200 (about 45 min of swimming)

Well, leave for California tomorrow...Carlsbad

I am not as trained at this point compared to last season with my injury. Hope is to get about 60 miles per day for 5 of the 7 days down there, and run every day 20-30 minutes.

I am uncertain of the swim at this point. My right pectoralis is very sore.
I plan on getting in pilates and yoga nearly every day.

Tonight, attending a 4 hour swim clinic at the club, then flying out in the morning. I am on call all night so I hope I dont get called in!

Well, the 25 mg of steroid I took this afternoon held off my pectoralis for the swim clinic. Learned a wealth of information from 5:30-10 pm. Got in 2200 yards during the swim

Diet:
Breakfast: 1 bagel, med. coffee 1/2 decaf
Lunch: grilled chicken salad, water, cranberry juice.
Afternoon:
Dinner
