Got to San Diego around 1, to Carlsbad condo around 4. Unpacked and got bikes together around 5:30. Got a bite to eat, pasta, and grocery shopping. Back around 8pm so no real time to workout.
Diet:
Breakfast: breakfast bar on plane, cranberry juice. Bagel with lite cream cheese, chai tea
Lunch: 0
Dinner: pasta with marinara, mushrooms, bean soup, bread. Soda water
Before bed: 1 beer, cliff protein bar. 1 york peppermint paddie as a snack
