Workout Summary: Run 50 min slow
Ran around 5 miles at 10 min pace. Legs felt good at this pace, recovery.
Diet:
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 wheat bagel, med. coffee
Lunch: Salad with low fat italian, 2 oz bag pretzels, 1 apple, water
Afternoon: med coffee 1/2 decaf, 2 small almond cookies
Dinner: 2 tuna melts on wheat, 2 oz chips, water
