Still resting after bike week.
Workout Summary: run about 7, 57 minutes along river front downtown.
Hamstring tight but stable.
Diet:
Breakfast: med. coffee and 1 oz box dry bran flakes
Lunch: diet sierra mist, 1 apple, 1 cup vegi soup, 2 oz bag pretzels
Afternoon: 1 cup coffee, 1 cliff protein bar.
Dinner: 2 cups bean soup, 1 dinner roll. 2 glasses red wine. couple of handfuls of black licorice jelly beans.
Sunday: took day off.
Diet:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, hashbrowns, 1 slice wheat toast with honey. Cup of skim milk
Lunch: On flight, 1 small bag peanuts and animal crackers. 8 oz ginger ale.
Dinner: chicken marsala breast about 6 oz, and big slice of lasagna, bread, salad, 2 beers.
