Workout Summary: run 1 hour, call it 7
easy run primarily. Tried some 1 min uphill repeats and blew out quad on third one, on the downhill recovery portion. Didnt want to push it as I was just having a little fun. Stopped, stretched, and jogged back slow. Feels ok now.
Diet:
Breakfast: 1 wheat bagel, 1 cup coffee
Lunch: Thai wheat noodles with grilled chicken, cabbage salad. Water
Afternoon: small coffee and cliff protein bar
Dinner: pretzel with some swiss cheese fondu dip, yeah some fat! 6 oz porkchop and side of green beans. Bread pudding for dessert! Diet sprite.
