Workout Summary: Run 3(28')/Swim 2500 yd (51')

6 pm: Ran 30 minutes slow from club up into washington park, 400 ascent. Felt ok..leg mildly tight.
Then swim: Spent the first 45 min teaching drills to some more team members. Then did my own thing. Couldnt do a cool down because they closed the pool.
500 su in 7:15
2 Sets each with 1 min rest between:
2 (2 X 200/35, 4 X 100/25, 8 X 50/15)

Got pretty tired during 100's of second set. All in 1:25-26: First set all in 1:20
All 200's in 2:50 except first in 2:45. Big difference in 25 m vs 25 yd. Yesterday morning I worked my 200's about the same effort, but they were 3:15-20. Thats about a 25 sec difference between the pools.

Diet:
Breakfast: 1 4oz yogurt, 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 med. coffee
Lunch: Turkey with swiss on wheat w/ mustard lettuce tomato, 2 oz bag baked dorritos, water.
Dinner: KFC chicken wrap and a bbq chicken sandwich.
Evening: 2 beers throughout night and an almond joy candy bar
