Workout Summary: Weights 35'/Run 3 miles (26')

Did weight routine minus the bench fly. Kept hamstring curls light.
Run 3 at 8:40 pace on TM: increase incline to 2% to get HR to top of zone 1 (126-128), then backed down to 1.5% inclince and held to 3 miles. Felt average, hamstring tight but ok.

Diet:
Breakfast: 3 egg omelet with mild cheese, ham, mixed vegies, med. coffee
Lunch: Thai chicken on wheat noodles, light oil, cabbage salad, diet shasta.
Afternoon: cliff protein bar, small coffee, 1 orange
Dinner: Black bean, rice and grilled chicken salad in tortilla shell. Only a couple of pieces of shell. 2 tbs sour cream, diet sierra mist.
Late night: 1/2 of a peanut butter snack bar (7 g fat), 2 beers throughout night.
