Long Run #1

Workout Summary: Run 15 (2 hours)

HR ave 124 (zone 1), max 153
Out to 7.5 mile mark on leaf erikson trail in 61:30
Back in 58:30

Felt fine for first long continuous run. No problems. Hams tight, but to be expected.
Forgot recovery drink at home. Drank a 16 oz juice after run, then 16 oz soy chai tea latte from Sbucks and a wheat nut roll.

Diet:
Breakfast:
1 cup oats w bwn sugar and flax, splash of milk (before run)
Lunch: After run, wheat roll and soy chai latte
