Workout Summary: morning yoga, 40'/pm swim 3000 m (57')
Man, my morning yoga never felt so good. My hamstring very tight from yesterday. That yoga routine I have been doing is remarkable.
6 pm: Swim 3K in 50 meter pool: Started our long continuous swims tonight.
400 pull + 100 kick wu
2500 continuous. First 500 medium, then easy for 1000, then picked it up final 1000:
Took my 500 splits:
1 = 9:13
2 = 9:17
3 = 9:12
4 = 8:51
5 = 8:30 (1:42/100)
Felt fine. Was going to run 4 after swim but legs pretty tired from yesterday. So, will take it easy. Plan is to run 14 in am so rather not be dead for that.
