Took another day off. Right quad was bothering me yesterday and has been nagging me. I want to nip this in the bud. Plan is to swim and treadmill run tomorrow. Big run and bike this weekend.
Diet:
Breakfast: protein drink, coffee
Lunch: Vegi wrap, 2 oz bag baked lays
Afternoon: thai tea latte and cliff protein bar
Dinner: Seafood platter and sweet potatoe fries. Lightly breaded halibut, oysters and walleye. Small dinner salad, diet soda
Before bed: 1.5 cups granola cereal
